Clean, simple accommodation. It's a nice modest place. Check in was easy. The bottom floor rooms have a nice little garden for view. The rooms were tidy and well kept. Overall good accommodation for the price.

We just finished a stay for three nights in a family room with our three young kids and had a lovely time! Service was great, location was great (a few mins from Katoomba main shops and close to local attractions), room was warm, neat, quiet and bedding comfortable. Considering how cold it was in Katoomba this weekend, the heater and electric blankets were more than sufficient to keep us warm throughout the night. It was perfect for what we needed for a nice weekend away with the family. Will definitely return!

recommend XD You can use blankets, iron, table and MICROWAVE!!! I've visited many hotels around the world but it's the first place with such as many amenities at this price. You can get 'motor' inn by walk, it takes 10~15 mins from Katoomba.

A fair walk to Katoomba main St, but the motel itself is very clean, comfortable bed, and plenty of room. The fridge is in a cupboard and therefore quiet, which is great as most motel fridges are in the room and noisy at night as they cycle on and off. Maybe I was lucky with the room location as the hot water was almost instant

To experience Katoomba, idraly locatted. 10-20 min driver to all main tourist attractions Bed was comfy and clean

Five Stars for value. But the hotel grade would be 3 stars. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great shower. Older fittings in The Bathroom and older furniture, but everything was clean and in good working order. Everything was provided as you would expect. Iron, ironing, board, hairdryer, tea, and coffee, making facilities, toiletries, towels, etc. Bed sheets were crisp, white and clean. Location is about a kilometre from Katoomba Village, but it’s not a pleasant walk, so I’d recommend driving in for shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a well-stocked service station next door. Despite being located on the highway, the noise is very minimal due to double glazing. The only downside was the mattress which I found uncomfortable - but for a night it’s fine.

Old but nicely refurbished, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent customer service from Angela. Great location for our purpose ... just a short drive (or 1.9km walk) to Leura Village. Microwave was a huge bonus for heating much-needed heat bags after Ultra-Trail event. Surprisingly quiet for a highway motel, due to double glazing. Would definitely stay again.

Very warm comfortable spacious rooms. Very helpful staff . Best accommodation for the price In Katoomba by far. Great shower and very clean Definitely recommend if you are In Katoomba!

I had a fantastic stay at this motel! The room was incredibly spacious, with a big and very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything was super clean and quiet, ensuring a relaxing stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the toaster, kettle, coffee and tea bags, and even some cookies, which added a nice homely feel. The location was convenient, not far from restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. I’ll gladly return for another stay!
